The Slips and Water Gardens

The Slips is a steep-sided valley, with a stream running through it, leading from the formal arrangements near the Mansion down to the valleys and woodlands. Along the Slips there are some splendid features, such as the wildflower meadow, the Water Gardens and Iris Dell, and the Bog Garden.
