Systematic anatomy of dicotyledons

The Anatomy of the Dicotyledons is a classic work produced in the 1950s, which we are now revising in several volumes. The current focus in the revision is on the systematic vegetative anatomy of Saxifragales and Myrtales. Families such as Penaeaceae, Gunneraceae and Rhizophoraceae are currently being written up for publication. The systematic wood anatomy of Leguminosae is an example of a collaborative project with Herbarium colleagues, which also fits into this programme.
