Please note, bad weather does inevitably affect any open-air event so please bring appropriate clothing. Concerts will not be cancelled due to rain. Any decision to cancel a concert will be taken at the advertised starting time.

Children under 5 years are free.
Children of 5 years and over require a full price ticket.

Priority booking

  • Priority booking for Friends and Supporters opens 9am on 18 February to 24 February inclusive.
  • Friends and Supporters will be mailed information on how to book.

Ticket information

  • Tickets are only available through See Tickets.
  • Tickets are not available from Kew, except on the night of the performance.
  • Any unsold tickets will be available from the box-office at the Shaft Yard (next to Victoria Gate) from 6pm.
  • For the latest concert and access information please call 020 8332 5655
  • Your ticket does not include entry to the Gardens.
  • On concert days the Gardens will close at 6pm (last entry 5.15pm) to daytime visitors, before re-opening for the concerts at 6.30pm.
  • Demand for the concerts is very high, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
  • Kew and See Tickets are unable to offer refunds/duplicates on unwanted/lost tickets.

Concert Information

On concert days the gardens will close at 6pm (last entry 5.15pm) to daytime visitors, before re-opening for the concerts at 6.30pm.

  • Gates open 6.30pm 
  • Music starts 7.30pm
  • Fireworks 10.15pm
  • All timings are approximate
  • Entrance for all ticket holders is via Victoria Gate or Lion Gate on Kew Road (A307).
  • Ticket collection is from 6pm – please go to the Shaft Yard Gate next to Victoria Gate, then join the main queue.
  • If leaving tickets for other members of your party for later collection, please also use the ticket collection desk at the Shaft Yard. Kew, however, can take no responsibility for these tickets.
  • No seating is provided so do bring your own picnic rugs or folding chairs and a picnic. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase from the “Swing Village.”
  • For reasons of safety all naked flames (ie. barbecues, candles, flares and lanterns) and picnic tables are not allowed.
  • Please also note that videos and recording devices of any sort are not permitted.
  • Please leave quietly at the end of the concert out of consideration to our neighbours, and place all litter in the bins provided on the way out.
  • No seating is provided so do bring your own picnic rugs or folding chairs and a picnic. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase from the Swing Village.
  • In consideration for your fellow concert-goer we do not permit Gazebos or tents on site.
